maple syrup.
Five gallons of syrup are added to a barrel of our green thumb tennessee whiskey, infusing the whiskey for three weeks as it is carefully rolled each day. the whiskey returns to the barrel for 9 more months of aging. this process creates a distinctive bittersweet profile, blending smoky, earthy tones with a touch of maple sweetness.
the result is a tennessee whiskey that’s robust, layered, and truly unique.
