After our 7-year whiskey is removed, the barrel is filled with five gallons of raw mountain honey and rolled daily for three weeks before the whiskey returns to age nine more months.
The result is a smooth, powerful spirit where honeyed warmth meets oak and smoke in a lasting finish.
