



our classic bourbon gets a unique twist.
We begin with a 7-year bourbon whiskey and remove it from the barrel. the small batch produced maple syrup is added directly into the barrel, which is rolled daily for three weeks to allow the flavors soak into the oak.
Once the maple is removed, the whiskey is returned to rest in the same barrel for an additional 9 months of aging. This method draws out a warm, wood-driven sweetness with hints of caramelized sugar and toasted oak.
The result? A rich and layered profile—maple-kissed up front, then rising into a full barrel-strength finish that lingers long and strong on the palate.
